As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of onsite trading and daily eCommerce operations. Working closely with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising and IT teams, you’ll deliver seamless customer experiences while optimising conversion, revenue and overall site performance.
Trade & Content Execution- Own execution of onsite campaigns, promotions and trade activity aligned to the global trade calendar
- Manage homepage updates, landing pages and CMS content
- Upload and manage campaign assets, ensuring alignment with trading priorities
- Set up, test and maintain promotional mechanics (offers, discounts, shipping incentives)
- Conduct QA across devices and regions to ensure flawless execution
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to drive conversion and revenue
- Monitor site performance daily, identifying and resolving issues impacting customer experience
- Maintain site navigation, search functionality and content accuracy
- Act as key liaison between eCommerce, IT, Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Support testing of enhancements, bug fixes and new feature releases
- Support and contribute to CRO initiatives and A/B testing
- Drive onsite optimisation through testing, personalisation and continuous improvement
- Partner with CRM and Digital teams to enhance customer journeys
- Identify opportunities through emerging eCommerce and retail trends
- Track and analyse campaign, promotion and trading performance
- Support weekly and monthly reporting across regions
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion, AOV and revenue
- Demonstrated experience in eCommerce, digital trading or online operations
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving performance outcomes
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality execution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with in fashion, retail or a product‑led environment highly desirable
