* ** Position Summary
** The Regional Product Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of assigned Active Ingredients portfolios across the Americas through portfolio management, product marketing, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management. Acting as the regional product management representative for the portfolio, this role translates global portfolio strategies into regional execution and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Operations to maximize business performance.

The position serves as the regional expert on portfolio performance, product positioning, pricing, competitive dynamics and commercialization activities while ensuring alignment with global portfolio objectives. It partners with regional marketing managers on activities such as trade shows and broader customer engagement programs.

*** Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions and portfolio messaging for the Americas region
* Drive regional pricing strategy, including value-based pricing, corridor management, and pricing actions to maximize profitability and value capture
* Conduct value-driver analyses and competitive positioning assessments; recommend actions to strengthen market differentiation
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and support commercialization initiatives
