Help make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as a part-time Service Provision Lead who will be responsible for leading the design, coordination and evaluation of this local small charity’s services.
This is a key role with ADHD Embrace and combines long term planning with hands-on coordination. Working closely with colleagues and external providers, the postholder will ensure services remain relevant, accessible and impactful for the their community.
The Service Provision Lead is a pivotal role requiring strong organisational skills as well as good interpersonal skills. Some of the key tasks involve the following:
- develop a service delivery roadmap that supports their community at different stages of their ADHD journey
- line-manage and support relevant team members, fostering collaboration, clarity and shared purpose
- gather feedback after activities and use to inform continuous improvement
- monitor service reach and impact
- awareness of the wider ADHD and SEND landscape to inform service design.
Applicants should have had experience of delivering and/or coordinating services within the voluntary and community sector and knowledge of ADHD would be desirable. They will also be self motivated and a team player.

This is a hybrid role where the team works together in a shared office on Mondays. In-person events take place in and around Richmond, Kingston and the surround areas. Outside of these commitments, the role can be carried out from home. Local candidates are preferred.
The role includes occasional evening or weekend work to support events. It could potentially be worked over three or two days.
