Voices for Virginia’s Children is seeking a Policy Analyst to drive statewide, systems-level change in youth wellbeing across education, homes, and communities. You will lead policy work, collaborate with policy and engagement staff, and support internal and external partners.
You will build coalitions, provide technical assistance to partner groups, and ensure youth voice is centered in policy recommendations while promoting racial equity throughout advocacy and communications efforts.
