CARITAS, Inc is seeking a Program Coordinator for The Healing Place to lead all aspects of a peer-driven, long-term residential recovery program (SOTS). The role develops peer mentor and staff teams, oversees day-to-day implementation, and works with the Program Operations Manager across campuses to ensure program success.
The candidate will drive gender-specific recovery, supervise staff and volunteers, build community partnerships, and measure outcomes.
