Entry Level Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service & Fundraising Associate to join our team and help support nonprofit organizations through direct, face-to-face community engagement. No previous experience is required. Our team provides paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new associates build valuable skills in customer service, communication, fundraising, and community outreach.

• Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service through community outreach and engagement
• Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate their missions, programs, and community impact
• Educate community members about nonprofit initiatives and answer questions clearly and respectfully
• Engage with individuals and encourage voluntary donations to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns
• Build positive relationships with community members while maintaining a professional and approachable attitude
• Participate in team meetings, paid training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Accurately track customer and community interactions while following company policies and campaign guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and comfort interacting with new people in a face-to-face environment
