New Virginia Majority in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Housing Justice Community Organizer to recruit, engage, activate and retain members, develop leaders, build leadership teams, and support campaign strategy.
The organizer will conduct political education training, mobilize members at events, track engagement, and help grow the volunteer base focused on racial and economic justice. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required; a car and valid license are helpful.
