Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and initiate treatment according to prescribed orders.;
Monitor patients during dialysis, assess intradialytic status, and address issues per physician orders; document responses.;
Evaluate vascular access, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated or permitted by state law.;
Record treatment data in the designated clinical application and maintain accurate patient charts and paperwork.;
Maintain infection control and sanitation of equipment and environment; support CQI activities and patient education.
