We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to perform initial and follow‑up medication management assessments for clients who suffer from psychiatric and/or addictive symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner shall recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, when appropriate, to clients through Tele Services and/or direct face‑to‑face contact in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner should be comfortable with the patient population, function independently with minimal supervision by the Psychiatric and Buprenorphine‑waivered Physician.
Education and Experience Required- A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
- 2 years of experience in psychiatric and substance use treatment.
