The Home Health RN Supervisor assures care is coordinated between services and client's needs are identified and addressed.
HOURS- Full time 32-40 hours a week. Time is split between field and office.
- Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience required
- Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia required
- Super organized and detail oriented
- Excellent writing
- Ability to get along with others
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow
- Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred
- Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred
The RN Home Health Supervisor will collaborate with the Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
