Family Nurse Practitioner

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services in clinic settings, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient monitoring, under physician supervision.

• Performs physical exams, orders diagnostic tests, manages patient treatment plans, and refers complex cases to specialists.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members, ensures accurate documentation, and participates in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Provides patient education and counseling with cultural sensitivity, and addresses emergency care needs within scope.
• Maintains professional licenses, adheres to organizational policies, and embodies core values of respect, integrity, excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
• Reports to the Medical Director and may supervise team members. Qualifications include accredited nursing or nurse practitioner training, BLS certification, and relevant experience.
