RN/Clinical Nurse – Night Shift

We are seeking a registered nurse to join our night shift team. The RN will collaborate with physicians, therapists and psychologists, integrating clinical expertise and patient‑centered care to support patient and family needs. Duties include preventing illness and injury, maintaining wellness, and providing comfort; directing and educating staff; and delivering and accurately documenting direct, age‑specific patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver nursing care based on medical orders and a trans‑disciplinary plan.
• Administer medications safely, identifying incompatibilities and interactions.
• Provide leadership and education at the unit level.
• Safeguard patient safety and promote high‑quality outcomes.

• Clinical I: N/A
• Clinical II: >12 to 24 months RN experience
• Clinical III: >3 years clinical experience
• Clinical IV: >5 years clinical experience
• Clinical V: >5 years clinical experience

• Clinical I:
  Experience as an LPN, nursing assistant, or care partner in acute care or equivalent setting.
• Clinical II, III, IV, V:
  Academic health care experience or similar patient population experience in acute care.

• Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license.
• AHA BLS HCP certification or equivalent.

• Completion of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
