Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
  • Lead, manage, and support nursing staff to ensure effective, efficient, and safe nursing services.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor staff performance and identify areas for development and training.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall objectives of the healthcare facility.
  • Support the Director of Nursing in budget management and allocation of resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field;
    Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
