We are currently offering a $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment to HCA.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What You Will Do in This Role
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject‑matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
