Bon Secours Commonwealth Internal Medicine in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGPCNP) to join our growing primary care team. We care for adult patients (18+), providing comprehensive, patient-focused internal medicine services in a supportive and collegial environment.

Our practice is committed to teamwork, compassion, and building a work "family" where every provider and staff member supports one another to deliver exceptional care.

• Patient Population: Adults, 18+
• Average Patients/Day: 20
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

  Every 4th week
  • After-hours call: 5:00 PM-7:30 AM (Mon-Fri), 24-hour call Saturday & Sunday
  • Call is shared and manageable, focusing on patient needs only
• Virtual Health: Optional as needed based on patient demand

• Mix of annual exams, follow-ups, and acute visits (in-person and virtual)
• First patients begin at 7:30 AM (often virtual), in-person visits start at 8:00 AM
• Last patient scheduled at 4:30 PM
• Dedicated admin time for refills, patient messages, and charting
• Supported by 3 CMAs and 1 LPN
• Collaborative care alongside 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice clinician

• Education: Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (FNP/AGPCNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Licensure: Active Virginia license (or eligibility)
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required
• Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced providers encouraged to apply

Commonwealth Internal Medicine Associates is an Internal Medicine practice located in the Bon Air area of Richmond, Virginia. Our team of caring Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians provide care for patients age 18+.
