Opportunity

This is a rare, full‑time on‑site Nurse Practitioner role at a dedicated medical clinic serving one of the region’s largest active construction projects in Richmond, VA. With the project secured for the next five years, this position offers exceptional stability, and compensation is set at the 90th percentile for the role. You’ll practice at the center of a high‑profile worksite where your work has immediate, visible impact on worker safety and project success.

The Role

As Nurse Practitioner, you’ll evaluate and treat injured and ill employees, conduct physical exams, develop treatment plans, and deliver preventive care. You’ll collaborate closely with our physicians, consult with employers on workplace health measures, and maintain accurate medical records. Above all, you’ll provide patient‑centered care that promotes rapid recovery while keeping the workforce safe and productive.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing occupational injuries and illnesses, and conducting physical exams
  • Experience in workplace health and injury management, including building return‑to‑work plans and partnering with employers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for clear documentation and employer consultations
  • Working knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia (required)
  • Certification in Occupational Medicine or a relevant specialty (preferred)
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
