- At least 2 years of labor experience
- 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes
- Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum patients; newborn and post-partum care
- BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification
