BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on HICU® Health Services for Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in helping infants and young children transition from hospital to home in the Richmond, VA area.
As an ICU or high‑tech pediatric nurse, you will bring pediatric clients home, working in a team‑based environment as an extension of a hospital care team. You will deliver quality skilled nursing care to clients and their families during the initial weeks of home care, providing extensive training and ongoing support to the family and care team.
Compensation & ScheduleCompetitive pay ranges from $48 to $52 per hour on a weekly pay schedule. Full‑time and part‑time scheduling options are available.

- Current license as a Registered Nurse
- At least one year of verifiable RN work experience
- Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care trach/vent is required
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (home or lab)
