Number of Beds – 16 Operating rooms

Number of Staff – we staff one team of RN, SA, surgical tech per OR room running on day shift with coverage tapering to evenings. Call on weekends and nights.

• Day Shift – day shift with 16 RN’s, 16 SA’s, and 16 surgical techs; evening shift tapered to 4 teams from 3-5, 2 teams from 5-7 and 1 team from 7-11p. Call starts for additional 2 teams at 3pm.
• Night Shift – call only

• Patient Ratios: 1-1
• Type of equipment: OR equipment, robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, ortho, etc.
• EMR:
  Meditech

• Must have
  : candidates with these skills will be considered for the role.
  • Robotic experience
  • Ortho experience
• Preferred or nice to have
  : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • Neurosurgical experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): All except for transplant and cardiac surgery

Call rotation on average 2 call shifts per week (includes weekday night and weekend primary and backup)
