24-bed maternity unit; 71 staff members; staff composition: day shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator; night shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary.

Patient ratios: labor 1:1, post‑partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1. Equipment: GE fetal monitors. EMR:
Meditech, CPN.

• Provide maternal and newborn nursing care for vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum patients.
• Manage labor, postpartum, and nursery care.
• Assist in newborn and postpartum procedures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of labor experience.
• Desirable: experience in high birth volume LDRP settings.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring certifications required.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.

• Weekends: every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule.
