Virginia Commonwealth University Health invites new graduate RNs to join the Medical Respiratory ICU rotating program in Richmond. Our 28-bed MRICU cares for complex medical and pulmonary patients with 1:1 or 1:2 nurse ratios and round-the-clock interdisciplinary support.
New graduates receive structured onboarding, mentored practice, and opportunities to develop leadership and critical care skills while delivering age-appropriate care under physician and nurse leadership.
