Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse – CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high‑quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Proficiently scrub cardiac cases requiring bypass and related procedures in the mediastinum and thoracic surgery, including da Vinci assisted operations and open thoracotomy.
• Assist in procedures initiating ECMO and perform pericardial window operations.
• Take call responsibilities as required, with call starting at 15:00 and weekend coverage on assigned days.
• Operate within unit hours from 06:30-15:00.
• Maintain documentation and patient care standards in line with facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary certifications and hospital guidelines.

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia or a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in cardiac vascular operating room or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varying patient needs.
• Strong technical skills with cardiac surgical procedures and technology.
• Capable of fulfilling on-call commitments and working flexible hours.
