LPN; Memory Care​/Assistant

The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or Medication Technicians of our Christopher Center are responsible for overseeing the care of our senior residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. These hands‑on caregivers work directly to assist residents with daily care needs and are specially trained in our Reflections Memory Care Program. They are responsible for supervising nursing assistants and maintaining a high standard of care, accurate record‑keeping, and licensing requirements as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON).

Excellent communication skills and knowledge of state regulations and medication administration are a must. LPN/Med Techs must be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful.

This position is Part time every other Friday and , every other weekend.

Pay range (based on experience) $30.25- $ 36.50

• Administer and accurately record the administration of medications as prescribed
• Record and report adverse reactions, medication side effects, or changes in residents’ condition to supervising nurse
• Interact effectively with residents and family members to address concerns
• Participate in staff training, including Reflections Memory Care Program training
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license or Registered Medication Aide license
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
