Responsibilities Include
- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Supporting patients with personalized care plans and ensuring safety
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred:
Six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Strong communication, compassion, and adaptability
- Flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends
- Supportive work environment with 24/7 local support and opportunities for skill advancement
