Richmond Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team in Richmond, VA.

- Provide direct nursing care to residents on the Pulmonary/Trach Unit.
- Monitor residents with tracheostomies, pulmonary conditions, oxygen therapy, and respiratory needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Perform skilled nursing assessments and report changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the care team.
- Assist with tracheostomy care, suctioning, respiratory monitoring, and related clinical interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Support infection prevention and resident safety practices.
- Educate residents and families as appropriate.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shifts.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered care environment.
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
- Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute, respiratory, or pulmonary care experience preferred.
- Trach care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
