Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a hospital-based CRNA in Richmond, Virginia, supporting a Level I Trauma Center. This ongoing locum tenens role involves working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with diverse case types and broad anesthesia responsibilities.
This opportunity offers shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, initially staffing one hospital site with potential for flexibility across multiple locations. The assignment runs from July 6, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with scheduled hours from 07:00 to 15:00.

Clinical Scope
- Independently perform spinal anesthesia
- Manage a variety of general and specialized cases including obstetrics, orthopedics, ENT, urology, vascular, MRI, endoscopy, and interventional radiology
- Provide anesthesia care to adult patients, with scope extending to pediatric services as supported by the facility
- Collaborate with clinical staff and attending physicians within a care team model
- Work in multiple ORs and procedural areas within a Level I Trauma Hospital
Requirements
- Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Current CRNA certification or eligibility
- DEA registration (if applicable) based on state requirements
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS (if applicable) - Broad anesthesia scope including spinal blocks and complex case management
