This is a part-time, on-site Infusion Nurse role based in Richmond, VA. The Infusion Nurse will perform IV therapy infusions and injections, including preparing, initiating, monitoring, and completing treatments according to established protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ health status, reviewing medical histories, educating clients on treatment options, and documenting all care in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with wellness team members, maintaining a clean and safe infusion environment, monitoring clients for adverse reactions, and escalating concerns to appropriate medical leadership when needed.

The Infusion Nurse will also support client scheduling, follow-up, and ongoing wellness plan adjustments to ensure a safe, positive, and effective client experience.

• Clinical nursing skills, including Nursing and Direct Patient Care, with a strong focus on IV therapy and client-centered wellness services.
• Relevant medical knowledge, such as Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, to safely assess clients and respond to potential infusion-related complications.
• Experience in infusion settings, including Home Infusion or similar environments, with competency in venipuncture, IV catheter insertion, and infusion monitoring.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain), with current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and client education skills, with the ability to explain treatments, obtain informed consent, and provide clear post-treatment guidance.
• High attention to detail, adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and accurate documentation in electronic or paper medical records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a wellness-focused, client-service environment and to adapt to evolving protocols and product offerings.
• Prior experience in outpatient infusion, emergency, critical care, or wellness clinics is preferred.
