Innovative Renal Care is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis team and supervise direct patient care staff. You will promote positive relations with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers, and use tactful communication in all interactions.
Qualified candidates are Registered Nurses with current state licensure, 12+ months nursing experience (including dialysis), BLS/CPR certified, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Hemodialysis experience is preferred.
