Registered Nurse – Endoscopy​/GI

$1787.04/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for endoscopy procedures at a busy hospital unit. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to work in a specialized, family-oriented environment with advanced equipment and supportive staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, ERCPs, and other GI interventions.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses during procedures using bedside monitors and EKG machines.
• Accurately document patient data and procedural details in the Expanse system.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully equipped procedural environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of endoscopy or GI experience.
• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency with endoscopic equipment and patient monitoring tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work 4-10 hour shifts, including on-call weekends and after-hours.
• Capable of floating to local facilities as needed.
