- License/Certs: State RN license (Virginia), BLS required
- Experience: Prior neurosurgery/critical care experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $14.74
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with neurosurgery team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care using EPIC electronic health records
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Support neuro surgical procedures as needed
- Contribute to a team focused on adult and geriatric inpatient populations
Required:
- Valid Virginia RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant inpatient experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Neurosurgery or critical care experience
- Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
