As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care to patients. With over a century of experience, our client's team remains dedicated to delivering cutting-edge treatment across all levels of the community's behavioral health spectrum. From children to geriatric patients, our client offers comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services in recently renovated units.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Utilize computerized documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Coordinate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Candidates with experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) who are interested in behavioral health will be considered.
