• Provide high-quality urgent care to a diverse patient population
• Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, splinting, and basic orthopedics
• Conduct diagnostic assessments including EKGs, point-of-care testing, and x-ray interpretation
• Manage minor burn injuries, foreign body removal, and airway stabilization
• Document thoroughly in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• BLS certification
• Urgent care or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong procedural skills including suturing, splinting, and point-of-care testing
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
