Compensation

$70,000 – $75,000 per year + Super + Work Ute

Leadership responsibilities will vary depending on the week. This role will work on both rooftops and other gardening locations, performing hands‑on gardening tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and planting. Operate and maintain a variety of gardening equipment and machinery, engage with clients, understand their vision, and provide expert advice. Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, ensure all work is completed efficiently and on schedule, mentor and train junior gardeners, uphold safety standards and environmentally sustainable practices.

• Proven experience within a gardening role
• Sound horticulture knowledge
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
• A creative approach to layering and garden design
• Proficient in the use of a range of gardening tools
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
