Full Time. Monday‑Friday. Saturdays are used as make‑up days (Peak Season may require additional Saturdays).

Weed Man Lawn Care, Richmond, VA.

• Average earners make $19‑$25 per hour (Production + Hourly & Commission).
• Year‑round, full‑time opportunities with marketing and lead generation in off‑season.

• Market and occasionally quote our products and services to potential customers.
• Distribute necessary promotional material.
• Meet with current and prospective customers and exceed customer service standards.
• Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including applications of fertilizer, lime, weed, insect, disease, grub, mole & mosquito control, aeration, and seeding.
• Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products.
• Perform lawn analyses, including measuring the turf, identifying lawn problems, and identifying accurate pricing for services.
• Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded).
• Observe and report lawn conditions to customers and sell add‑on services.
• Drive company vehicles.
• Complete daily truck checkout procedures.
• Properly and safely maintain equipment.
• Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position.
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record.
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
• Able to work 8‑10 hours per day (including some Saturdays during peak season).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8‑10 hours per day).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Adhere to company policies (drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and will initiate action when needed.
• Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance.
• Accepts feedback from fellow team members.
