Quality Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to join their team. As a Quality Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department, supporting various quality operations, procedures, and document control initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its ongoing success.

** What's the Job?*
* + Follow established procedures to maintain and update department files such as contract data information, quality standards, drawings, technical reference files, and related quality documents.

+ Review processes, plans, and practices for conformance to quality requirements under specific direction.

+ Prepare related materials such as sketches, illustrations, and drawings to support quality documentation.

+ Perform basic mathematical calculations and conduct quality operations using simple quality instruments and equipment.

+ Refer questionable situations or problems to supervisors or more experienced staff for resolution and analysis.

* + Ability to follow clearly prescribed standard practices and procedures.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Basic proficiency with computers, word processing, and graphics software.

+ Willingness to learn and operate specialized quality instruments and equipment.
