Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Punch Person / Quality Control Manager to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring that newly constructed or renovated properties are delivered in top condition. The Punch Person will work closely under the Assistant Director of Development to identify, document, and address any issues that could impact the quality of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of new or renovated properties to identify any issues, defects, or imperfections that require attention.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure all repairs and touch-ups are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a detailed checklist of inspection points to guarantee consistency and thoroughness.
  • Work independently to manage time effectively and complete inspections without the need for micromanagement.
  • Ensure that properties are ready for a seamless move-in experience for future residents.
Qualifications

    : A keen eye for even the smallest of issues; nothing escapes your notice.
  • Self-motivated

    Able to handle repetitive tasks with energy and without the need for constant oversight.
  • Diligent
