We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Quality Assurance Officer to drive the fit, quality and consistency of our apparel across all stages—from initial development through to bulk production.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring Forever New’s design vision is brought to life with precision, while minimising risk, avoiding delays and reducing customer returns through right‑first‑time product.

• Manage fit and quality from first sample through to bulk production
• Lead and drive fit sessions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to critical path
• Collaborate with Buying & Design to deliver against briefs and commercial outcomes
• Provide clear technical direction to offshore suppliers and resolve issues proactively
• Approve styles for bulk, ensuring consistency and product integrity
• Monitor and analyse returns and quality performance, driving continuous improvement
• Oversee care instructions, testing and compliance standards
• Support and develop a QA Assistant in best practice and technical capability
• Identify risks early and elevate potential delivery impacts

• Experience in QA, garment tech or product development within fashion retail
• Strong knowledge of fit, construction, grading and fabrication
• Confident running fit sessions and influencing stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent time and priority management
• Solutions‑focused with strong commercial awareness
• Clear communicator across internal teams and offshore suppliers
