In this role, you will support the project order process and manage medium- and high-complexity Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) projects.

This is an on‑site position located in Richmond, VA.

• Receive and register orders in various systems such as ERP and Project Management System.
• Prepare high‑quality, cost‑effective customer documentation and develop documentation templates.
• Coordinate customer‑specific modifications and communicate progress to the team and stakeholders through internal and external project status meetings.
• Interact with customers to secure exchange of documentation via customer portals.
• Participate in customer inspections when required.
• Review Design to Order (DTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) documents and register them in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure on‑time, on‑specification, and on‑budget delivery.
• Engage in safety and quality work; promptly report problems or risks through the appropriate channels.
• Attend Digital Status Board meetings and contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Suggest improvements to instructions and SOPs, and seize opportunities to eliminate waste.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with relevant work experience.

• Willingness to manage projects with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and experience participating in technical projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word templates, and complex Excel structures.
• Experience working in an ERP system.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as ALPS, Lean, and Six Sigma.

The base salary for this role is typically $70,000 to $85,000

USD. Additional compensation and benefits are determined by market indicators and your background, skills, and experience.
