Job Description
This role offers a starting range of $58,000 to $74,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Ink room Manager you will be responsible for:
- Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
- Manufacturing batches of ink under 150 lbs.
- Performing Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches
- Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts
- Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service
Qualifications:
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
- Communicate effectively with peers and customers
- Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
- Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Have good organization skills
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
- Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Customer service skills
- College degree
- Previous experience within the Ink Industry
