Qualdoc in Richmond, VA is seeking a Structural Steel Quality Control Inspector for a contract-to-hire opportunity on first shift. You will inspect fabricated structural steel components, verify materials and layouts against shop drawings, and perform in-process and final quality checks.
You will document nonconforming work per AWS D1.1/D1.5, collaborate with production teams to investigate issues, and support ongoing quality improvements and audits.
