A day in this role

As the plant winds down for the evening, you begin your shift ensuring every product that leaves our floor reflects Eaton’s commitment to quality. You’ll move from first-article checks on multiple production lines to spot audits and process verifications, capturing results and trends as you go. When you uncover a non-conformance, you quarantine it, trace the root cause with proven problem-solving methods, and alert operators with clear, actionable Quality Alerts.

You’ll partner with Manufacturing Engineering to run machine capability studies, verify gage calibration status, and help prepare quality assembly documentation before new builds launch. Before the sun comes up, you’ll package your findings in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, then hand off crisp updates so the day shift can charge forward.
