Description

The Wright Group is hiring a Listing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, relationship-driven real estate team. If you’re detail-obsessed, proactive, and love running organized systems that help agents and clients win — this role is for you.

This is a hybrid position based in Richmond, Virginia, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do
  • A Listing Coordinator in a high-performing real estate team provides the leverage that allows our agents to stay focused on what they do best: building relationships and generating new business. You’ll own the day-to-day listing operations and provide general administrative and office support to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
  • This is a high-impact role where your organization, communication, and leadership directly influence the client experience and the team’s ability to grow. Your primary objective is to ensure every resale and new construction listing is executed efficiently and accurately, in coordination with the Listing Assistant — from preparation through launch, active management, and ongoing updates
New Construction Listing Coordination

In coordination with the Listing Assistant, oversee the MLS input and ongoing management of all new construction real estate listings. This team manages the input of up to 30 new construction listings per month and the ongoing management and updating of 100+ active new construction listings at any given time. This requires a high level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail.

  • Overseeing accurate MLS input for all new construction listings
  • Weekly confirmation of listing status across all active properties
  • Regular check-ins with site agents to verify pricing, availability, and timelines
  • Review of builder-provided listing reports for accuracy
  • Collecting and updating additional listing information as needed (lot premiums, upgrades, incentives, timelines, photos, etc)
  • Managing audits and violation notices to ensure full MLS compliance
  • Proactively reviewing listings for updates, status changes, and data integrity
  • Lead a weekly listing meeting
  • Serve as a point of contact for listing clients once they commit to TWG
  • Support agents with pre-listening activities and preparation
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and listing presentations
  • Prepare and manage listing documents, contracts, and addenda
  • Coordinate listing launch tasks, including staging, photography, inspections, lockbox, and signage installation
  • Manage the launch of new listings in Brivity
  • Order and track HOA documents
  • Ensure accurate entry and ongoing maintenance of MLS listings
  • Plan and execute open house events, including client communication and signage coordination
  • Serve as liaison between TWG and third-party vendors
Qualifications What We’re Looking For

The right person for this role is proactive, organized, calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting every detail right. You’ll thrive here if you love systems, timelines, checklists, communication, and making things run like clockwork.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc)
  • Familiarity with MLS systems
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Experience using project management platforms ( preferred but not required)
  • Experience using a CRM (Brivity preferred)
  • Background in real estate listing coordination or management preferred, but not required
Skills That Make You Successful
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Project management from start to finish
  • Positive leadership and the ability to motivate others
  • Professional client communication and vendor coordination
  • Proactive problem-solving and growth mindset
Compensation

$45,000 yearly
