Duties & Responsibilities:

The Hourly Lab Technician will assist with studying reward,dependence and pain by using mouse models. The Hourly Lab Technician will also results and report to supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Undergraduate or a B.S. in Chemistry or Biology or equivalent
Prior experience in administering drugs to rodent lab animalsis required

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience with models of pain
Willingness to learn biochemical and molecular biologytechniques such as PCR and western blot

Salary Range:

$20-$25/hr
