A Crew Team Member at McDonald’s is responsible for:
- Connecting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Helping customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keeping the restaurant looking fantastic

To be a Crew Member, you need an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. You must be 16 years of age or older.
