What You'll Do:

* Lead crew members through a smooth and successful shift

* Ensure customers get fast, friendly service and fresh, quality food

* Monitor shift performance and coach team members in real time

* Communicate with other managers to keep operations running seamlessly

* Help hit daily goals and create a positive, productive work vibe

Responsibilities Include:

* Food safety & cleanliness

* Managing inventory & daily operations

* Scheduling & training crew

* Delivering exceptional customer service

* Enforcing safety, security, and shift goals

* Being a dependable team leader with high standards

What We're Looking For:

* Positive attitude and passion for teamwork

* Some leadership experience (restaurant/retail/hospitality preferred)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Must be 18+ years old
