Line Cook
Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting line cook wages of $17-$20/hour.
Responsibilities include:- learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
- adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- cross training in all stations - tortilla, salad, plancha, sauté, and grill
- assisting with inventory management
- assisting with prep and dishwashing when needed

- Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Safe, competent knife skills
- Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
