Juice Journey VA is a juice cafe located in the heart of Richmond, Va, offering a wide variety of dishes and beverages. We are seeking a part-time Juice Café Team Member. The Juice Café Team Member supports daily cafe operations by preparing smoothies and juices, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and providing courteous customer service. If you have experience in a kitchen/cafe environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are interested in contributing to a kitchen focused on quality and service, we encourage you to apply and become part of the team.

• Prepare smoothies and specialty juices according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Bottle juices for display and service.
• Follow food preparation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and storage areas.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate items according to schedule.
• Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety practices.
• Capacity to safely use kitchen tools and utensils.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Competence in working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive harmonious environment.
• Maintain consistent reliability through regular attendance and punctual arrival to work.
