Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part‑time and full‑time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting line cook wages of $17–$20
/hour.

• Learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
• Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
• Cross‑training in all stations – tortilla, salad, plancha, sauté and grill
• Assisting with inventory management
• Assisting with prep and dishwashing when needed

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high‑volume restaurant
• Safe, competent knife skills
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lb.
• Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
