Brunchella, a modern brunch and coffee concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista who can also handle front‑of‑house cashier responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality coffee, and thrives in a fast‑paced brunch environment.

We are building a positive, high‑energy team and looking for individuals who bring great attitude and strong work ethic.

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks and specialty coffee beverages
• Maintain clean and organized coffee station
• Operate POS system (Square) for customer orders
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and light front‑of‑house duties
• Maintain speed and composure during weekend rushes

• Previous barista experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Customer service experience required
• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask during busy brunch hours
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation

• $14–$17 per hour (based on experience)
