As a Bartender, you’ll play a major role in setting the tone of the guest experience. From crafting cocktails with precision to managing high-volume service during busy nights, you’ll help create the energy that keeps guests coming back.

This position is ideal for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized during rushes, and maintain a welcoming, upbeat presence throughout the shift.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, sake, and non‑alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to bar guests and dining room guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong knowledge of our cocktail menu, sushi offerings, spirits, and specials
• Deliver a polished, memorable guest experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Communicate clearly with servers, barbacks, hosts, and kitchen staff during service
• Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout the shift
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety standards
• Help maintain the energetic, upscale atmosphere our guests expect

• Positive attitude and genuine hospitality mindset
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Passion for cocktails, food, nightlife, and guest experience
• Bartending experience preferred, but motivated hospitality professionals are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and high‑volume shifts
